AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an energetic Events Coordinator to support end-to-end event planning and coordination. You will handle venue sourcing, vendor liaison, logistics, catering, AV setup, speaker invitations, and event materials to deliver successful events.

You will also manage registrations, attendee inquiries, confirmations, and on-site check-in, ensuring a smooth participant experience while maintaining high data quality in the CRM and supporting post-event activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.

Responsabilités

• Support end-to-end event planning and coordination: venue sourcing, vendor liaison, logistics, catering, AV arrangements, speaker invitations, and event materials.
• Manage event registration pages, attendee enquiries, confirmations, cancellations, and on-site check-in to ensure a seamless participant experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, update attendee profiles, manage contact lists, and ensure data quality and compliance with data protection policies.
• Assist with event communications, including email invitations, campaigns, website updates, social media content, and sponsor/partner coordination.
• Support on-site event operations, speaker coordination, sponsor deliverables, and timely resolution of logistical issues.
• Coordinate post-event follow-ups, feedback surveys, attendance reporting, expense tracking, invoice processing, and recommendations for future event improvements.
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
