Job summary

Databricks in Singapore seeks an Engagement Manager to help customers accelerate value from the Databricks platform, guiding programs delivered by our Forward Deployed Engineering team and ensuring adoption success.

You will partner with Sales, Field Engineering, Partners, Support and Product teams to position and sell engagements, define scope, manage timelines and budgets, and deliver measurable business outcomes that maximize customer value.

Qualifications

• Data and AI domain knowledge required.
• Experience in senior customer-facing/services sales roles.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels and deliver.
• Strong leadership in project governance and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements and ensure value delivery for customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering, Partners and Support.
• Identify opportunities for new services and upsell.
• Develop statements of work and scope engagements.
• Meet or exceed FDE and Training KPIs.
