Job summary

Databricks seeks a Lead Engagement Manager in Singapore to accelerate customer value through adoption of the Databricks platform and by selling forward-deployed engineering programs. You will partner with Sales, Field Engineering, Partners and Product to position and sell engagements addressing complex business problems.

You will report to the Director, Forward Deployed Engineering and drive campaigns, programs, and content across the organization to ensure customer success and measurable

Qualifications

• Data and AI domain knowledge with production implementations experience.
• Senior customer-facing roles requiring influencing, negotiating and execution.
• Excellent communication and ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Mandarin proficiency and experience with Greater China Region.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, prioritizing Databricks and customer success to meet sales and delivery goals.
• Collaborate with sales and engage early to understand customer needs and define success.
• Identify opportunities for new services and articulate business value for upselling.
• Develop commercial models to address customer budget constraints.
• Be accountable for meeting KPIs for FDE and Training.
• Articulate customer stories, service offerings and value metrics.
