Databricks AsiaPac Unified Analytics Pte. Ltd.

is seeking a Lead Engagement Manager to accelerate customer value by adopting the Databricks platform, guiding strategic engagements built by our Forward Deployed Engineering team. You will partner with Sales, Field Engineering, Partners, Support and Product teams to define programs, scope engagements, and drive delivery, KPI attainment, and customer success across complex business challenges, including engagement with Greater China in Mandarin

Qualifications

Data and AI domain knowledge with experience helping customers realize business value through production implementations.
Proven experience in senior customer-facing/services sales roles requiring influencing, validating, negotiating, understanding and execution.
Excellent customer-facing skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels, including with senior executives.

Responsibilities

Lead engagement management to help customers accelerate value from the Databricks platform, working with the Forward Deployed Engineering team.
Ensure customers maximize value by positioning FDE and training engagements.
Partner with Sales, Field Engineering, Partners, Support and Product teams on campaigns and content to position and sell engagements addressing complex business problems.
Report to the Director, Forward Deployed Engineering.
