Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering data/AI projects and handling technical delivery.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture or consulting.
• Understanding of distributed data systems and governance.
• Ability to translate business value into project deliverables.
• Experience managing stakeholders and project resources.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Solutions Architect to map Use Case Demand Plans for prioritized customers.
• Lead post-technical-win strategy and execution for strategic use cases across accounts.
• Serve as the accountable technical leader across multiple teams to drive onboarding, go-live and healthy consumption.
• Be the first contact for production/go-live issues related to Use Cases.
• Leverage Shared Services, Education, Onboarding, and Support to deliver tasks beyond scope.
• Create and execute a POV to accelerate Use Cases into production with PS engagement.
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering on New Product Innovations and upgrades.
• Develop an end-to-end execution plan covering all customer-facing technical roles and streams.
• Provide KPI updates and customer health status to Technical GM.
