Job summary

Persol Tech Services Pte Ltd is seeking a desktop support professional to act as the first contact for customers. The role focuses on prompt assistance across IT topics, ensuring software, licenses, and operations comply with standards.

You will perform desktop support, handle end-user requests, and escalate incidents when needed to meet SLA expectations, while also performing imaging, asset inventories, and technical escalations to vendors as required.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 10 years of WOG experience.
• Minimum degree in IT/Computer Science.
• Experience in providing L2 support.
• Experience in Windows OS support.

Responsibilities

• Performing Desktop Support services to users.
• This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests.
• Escalating incidents when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction and SLA expectations.
• Perform imaging/re-imaging.
• Perform asset inventories.
• Perform technical escalation to 3rd party vendor or resolver groups.
• Update Incident records.
• Create and update work instructions and document standards and procedures.
