Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing is seeking a Desktop Support professional in Singapore to be the first point of contact for customers. You will provide prompt assistance on a range of IT topics, ensure software and licenses comply with standards, and actively resolve end-user requests.

Key responsibilities include imaging/re-imaging, asset inventories, and escalation to vendors when required, with meticulous incident record updates and documentation of standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 10 years of WOG experience.
• Minimum degree in IT/Computer Science.
• Experience in providing L2 support.
• Experience in Windows OS support.

Responsibilities

• Providing desktop support to users as first point of contact.
• Receive, prioritize, document and resolve end user help requests.
• Escalate incidents when necessary to meet SLA expectations.
• Perform imaging/re-imaging.
• Maintain asset inventories.
• Escalate to 3rd party vendors or resolver groups when appropriate.
• Update incident records.
• Create and update work instructions as needed.
• Document standards and procedures as needed.
