Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Desktop Support professional to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering prompt assistance on IT topics and ensuring software, licenses and operations comply with standards.

You will perform imaging/re-imaging, asset inventories and liaise with 3rd party vendors for escalations, while documenting procedures and creating work instructions as required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows 10 and Office 365.
• Familiar with Microsoft Intune.
• IT helpdesk or call center support experience, including remote support.
• Knowledge of workstation hardware and related components.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support as the first contact point for customers.
• Imaging/re-imaging of devices.
• Maintain asset inventories.
• Escalate technical issues to 3rd party vendors or resolver groups.
• Create and update work instructions as needed.
• Document standards and procedures as needed.
• Provide desktop support services to users.
