Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Desktop Support specialist to be the first contact point for customers, addressing a range of IT topics and ensuring compliance with standards.

You will perform imaging, asset inventories, and provide prompt remote assistance. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Windows 10, Office 365, and Intune, plus prior helpdesk or call center support. You will escalate complex issues to vendors and create clear work instructions for operations

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience in Desktop Support and Microsoft Intune.
• Previous IT helpdesk or call center support experience, including remote support.
• Knowledge of workstation support and related components.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support as the first contact point for customers.
• Imaging/re-imaging.
• Perform asset inventories.
• Escalate to 3rd party vendors or resolver groups.
• Create and update work instructions where necessary.
• Document standards and procedures where necessary.
• Perform desktop support services to users.
