Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Desktop Support specialist to be the first point of contact for IT assistance and to ensure software, licenses and operations comply with standards.

You will handle end-user requests, perform imaging, manage asset inventories, and escalate as needed to meet SLA expectations.

Requirements include 1+ year in IT/Desktop Support, knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office, and experience imaging devices with Intune.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year of IT/Desktop Support experience.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Experience imaging/re-imaging devices; familiar with Intune.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support to users and initial contact point.
• Receive, prioritize, document and resolve end-user requests; escalate to maintain SLA.
• Perform technical escalation to 3rd party vendors or resolver groups.
• Create and update work instructions and document procedures.
• Perform imaging/re-imaging and asset inventories.
