COMBUILDER PTE LTD is seeking an experienced IT professional to provide Level 2/3 support for desktops, laptops and mobile devices in a Singapore-based environment. You will install and troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft 365 apps, manage endpoint platforms, and support device provisioning and asset inventory.

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS, CE or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience in EUC or endpoint management.
• Hands-on with Windows and Microsoft 365, plus Intune/SCCM/AD.
• Experience in patching, security and vulnerability remediation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 2/3 support for desktops, laptops and devices.
• Install, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Windows, M365, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint.
• Manage endpoint platforms, device encryption, MFA and compliance.
• Resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis and coordinate with vendors.
• Support device provisioning, refresh, migration, and asset inventory.
• Assist workplace tech projects, testing, rollouts and change management.
• Maintain technical docs and support audits and security requirements.
