Job summary

Combuilder Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Support lead to manage Level 2/3 support for endpoints, Windows 365, and collaboration tools within a Singapore-based environment.

The role includes deployment, patching, device compliance, incident resolution, and participation in workplace technology projects, with emphasis on security and audit readiness.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, virtual desktops, peripherals, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Manage endpoint platforms, software and OS deployment, patching, endpoint protection, encryption, MFA, and device compliance.
• Resolve incidents and service requests, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate with vendors and infrastructure teams.
• Support device provisioning, refresh, migration, decommissioning, and asset inventory management.
• Support workplace technology projects, testing, rollouts, and change management activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and reports, and support audits and security compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage endpoint platforms, software and OS deployment, patching, endpoint protection, encryption, MFA, and device compliance.




• Resolve incidents and service requests, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate with vendors and infrastructure teams.




• Support device provisioning, refresh, migration, decommissioning, and asset inventory management.




• Support workplace technology projects, testing, rollouts, and change management activities.




• Maintain technical documentation and reports, and support audits and security compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.




• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in desktop engineering, End-User Computing (EUC), or endpoint management.




• Hands-on experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, and tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Microsoft Entra ID, or Active Directory.




• Experience in software and OS deployment, patch management, endpoint security, and vulnerability remediation.




• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking, and authentication.




• Experience in incident, problem, and change management, including Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes.




• Experience supporting device refresh programmes and migrations.




• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Added Advantages

• Experience in Singapore Government, Statutory Board, WOG, or GCC environments.




• Familiarity with IM8 and government cybersecurity requirements.




• Relevant ITIL, Microsoft, or CompTIA certifications.
