Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Support professional to provide end-user computing support across desktop, laptop, mobile, and collaboration platforms in a large enterprise environment.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and network issues, manage Office 365 and device platforms, and deliver remote support with Bomgar. Strong communication and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of IT support or End User Computing experience.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting Office 365 apps.
• Experience supporting macOS and iOS devices.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and access management.
• Experience with SCCM or similar endpoint management tools.
• Familiarity with ITSM ticketing platforms (ServiceNow preferred).
• Strong incident management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user computing support for desktop, laptop, mobile, and collaboration platforms.
• Deliver production support activities and ensure timely incident resolution per SLAs.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, network, and application issues; identify root causes.
• Support Windows endpoints in a large enterprise environment.
• Provide macOS support for devices and apps as required.
• Administer and support Office 365 apps including Outlook, OneDrive, Teams.
• Support mobile devices and iOS platforms.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls via Active Directory.
• Support endpoint management using SCCM and other tools.
• Provide remote support using Bomgar or equivalent tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for hardware repairs and restorations.
• Support ITSM processes: incidents, requests, problems, changes.
• Perform health checks, monitoring, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain documentation of incidents, solutions, and procedures.
• Support regional data centre activities and hands-on roles when needed.
• Participate in technology rollouts, desktop refreshes, system upgrades, and workplace projects.
• Collaborate with global technology teams on enterprise initiatives.
