Job summary

The successful candidate will have 2–4 years of desktop support experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to troubleshoot network printing issues. EUC/IT helpdesk experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in desktop support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel).
• Experience with network printing troubleshooting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for desktop hardware, applications, emails, and printers.
• Handle end-user requests and issues.
