Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT desktop support focusing on Windows environments.
• Degree/Diploma/ITE in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as Microsoft Windows Client, MCSA or CompTIA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT support for Windows desktop environments.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory and Group Policies on a hybrid solution.
• Deploy client machines using PXE automation and deployment systems.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure with remote management tools.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on client machines.
• Maintain IT inventory and asset tracking.
• Collaborate on system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
• Document processes and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide end-user training and support as needed.
