Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Consultant - Advisory to join our ASEAN Professional Services team who will help enable our customers to transform their business and unlock the value of AWS cloud technology.

As part of the Advisory practice, this consultant will provide value-centric cloud advisory services with sector-specific expertise. Deep skills in cloud strategy, orchestration, operating models, and cloud economics will be complemented by global specialist resources to help guide clients in their cloud journey and deliver business results. Our cloud advisory capability is part of the wider Enterprise Transformation capability practice.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in business strategy, cloud adoption, innovation, and organizational change management to help clients achieve measurable business outcomes through cloud transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud operations transformations, including the design of cloud operating models, organizational change management strategies, FinOps implementations, and cloud governance frameworks
• Facilitate workshops and executive-level discussions to align stakeholders on cloud strategy and transformation roadmaps
• Advise clients on the impact of cloud transformation, helping them develop and implement new digitally enabled business models that leverage cloud operating models
• Conduct assessments and audits of existing cloud operating models to identify areas for improvement
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and maturity of cloud operating model transformations, adjusting as needed to ensure success
• Deliver digitally enabled business outcomes using skills in strategy development, service management, agile delivery, DevOps, business process mapping and organisational design
• Spearhead data and AI transformations, with a focus on AI and Generative AI advisory for delivery, user adoption, operations transformation, and AI governance
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to development of advisory offerings and methodologies

We engage with cross-functional C-suite executives across IT, HR and business, as well as across traditionally siloed IT functions to foster cross-functional collaboration within our top customers.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation
• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
• Management consulting or industry experience in IT strategy & operations, digital transformation, innovation, and organizational change
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies and their business impact across industries and ability to quickly understand complex business and technical environments
• Strong business acumen and ability to articulate cloud value propositions to C-level executives

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS experience preferred, with proficiency in a wide range of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation)
• AWS Professional level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional) preferred
• Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Terraform, Python)
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Operating model, governance framework, design and implementation experience
