• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 2 years of experience applying deep learning in User Understanding or Recommendation Systems.
• Ability to develop and deploy large-scale machine learning solutions.
• Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Expertise in frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Software development abilities in Python.

Responsibilities

• Process large-scale datasets for model development and training.
• Design and implement efficient, scalable machine learning algorithms.
• Evaluate algorithm performance to improve relevance and personalization.
• Deploy models to production environments, focusing on robustness and maintainability.
• Run A/B tests to assess model performance and identify improvement opportunities.

• Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, analysts, and UX designers.
