A leading manpower services provider is seeking a Senior Specialist to lead and architect talent strategies aimed at growing, developing, and retaining top-tier cybersecurity professionals. The role involves designing and implementing a comprehensive talent mobility framework and managing learning and development initiatives. Ideal candidates will have over 8 years of experience in talent management, proven track records in designing career frameworks, and familiarity with data analysis tools. The contract is for one year, with a commitment of 42 hours per week.
Seeking a senior specialist to lead and architect talent strategies that grow, develop, and retain top-tier cybersecurity professionals. This role oversees the end-to-end design, implementation, and management of talent, career, and learning frameworks that empower the entire cybersecurity workforceespecially our current and future CISO pipeline. The position sits at the intersection of human capital strategy, cybersecurity development, and data analytics.
Talent & Career Framework Development
Design and implement a comprehensive talent mobility and career progression framework for the cybersecurity division.
Define critical skills, competencies, rotational pathways, and mentorship structures, with a specialised track for aspiring and current CISOs.
Learning & Development Strategy
Develop and manage a tailored L&D framework for cybersecurity professionals at all levels.
Track competency levels, certifications, and development progress to identify skill gaps and shape learning plans.
Program Management & Stakeholder Engagement
Lead all talent development programs and serve as the main point of contact for participants, CISOs, and key stakeholders.
Promote programme participation, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
Data-Driven Insights & Reporting
Establish program KPIs and performance benchmarks.
Analyse data and produce clear, visual reports (e.g., Tableau, Excel) to support talent decisions, succession planning, and workforce strategy.
Bachelors degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
8+ years experience in learning & development, talent management, or talent mobility.
Proven track record in designing large-scale career frameworks and professional development programmes.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
High proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau, Excel).
Knowledge of Python for data analysis preferred.
Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, Security+, data analytics) will be an advantage.
