Job summary

STATS ChipPAC Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Diploma or Degree graduate to lead customer service and planning in a manufacturing setting. You will manage order releases, coordinate with account managers, and ensure accurate pricing in SAP while supporting weekend requirements.

You will monitor WIP, handle POs, and work with customers to ensure on-time shipments and timely invoicing, while maintaining strong relationships and high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree graduate in any discipline.
• Preferably experienced in Customer Service & Planning in manufacturing.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem solving capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer production order releases with weekend support when required.
• Drive Customer Service Index to improve operational indices for customers.
• Acknowledge purchase orders within 24 hours and ensure active PO with correct pricing in SAP.
• Assist Account Manager with excess and obsolescence to minimize revenue exposure.
• Analyze WIP projections daily and flag potential shipment issues to improve customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed forecasted revenue and ensure timely billing and invoicing.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipping and arrange customer visits to maintain relationships.
