Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience using SAP/S4 Hana SD module.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service support via email and phone through ticketing system.
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
• Resolve customer problems and claims promptly.
• Promote and recommend new products to existing customers.
• Input customer purchase orders into system and manage sales orders; allocate stock and arrange delivery.
• Conduct regular meetings with customers to maintain close communication; monitor feedback for improvements.
• Create monthly reports on customer service activities and participate in policy improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
