Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Service & Order Processing specialist to handle inquiries, process orders, and coordinate deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

You will engage with customers via email and phone, maintain relationships, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has a Diploma and 2–3 years' experience in order processing, CRM, and SAP S/4HANA SD, with strong Excel skills to generate reports and analyze data.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in order processing, delivery coordination, and customer relationship management.
• Experience in the spare parts distribution industry is an added advantage.
• Experience handling customer enquiries and claims via email and phone.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience using SAP S/4HANA SD module.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries through email, phone, and ticketing systems, ensuring prompt and professional support.
• Resolve customer complaints, claims, and service issues, escalating complex matters when required.
• Process purchase orders and sales orders accurately within the system.
• Allocate inventory and coordinate delivery arrangements to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Promote and recommend relevant products and services to existing customers.
• Conduct regular customer meetings to maintain strong engagement and communication.
• Monitor customer feedback and recommend service improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to support long-term business growth.
• Prepare monthly reports on customer service activities and performance metrics.
• Support the implementation of customer service policies, procedures, and continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient resolution of customer-related issues.
