Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification in any principal.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service, preferably in manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding in ERP/MRP, preferably with SAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media platforms within 48 hours.
• Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and tracking order status.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery schedules.
• Update Delivery schedules into SAP promptly and accurately.
• Raise Purchase Request and SRF forms for material needs and new tooling.
• Analyze feedback trends and collaborate with teams to implement improvements.
