Job summary

HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking experienced professionals for a leading EMS/Contract Manufacturing firm in Singapore. The role focuses on managing customer accounts, processing orders, and coordinating with production and supply chain to ensure on-time delivery.

Applicants should have a Diploma/Degree in Business or Supply Chain and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with strong Excel and ERP data handling skills. The position offers a 5-day work week in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer account management, order management, production coordination, planning or supply chain.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with hands-on experience in data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries, Purchase Orders (PO), RFQs, quotations, order acknowledgements and change orders.
• Update and maintain accurate sales and job orders in the ERP/MRP system (SYSPRO).
• Monitor order progress, material allocation and shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate closely with production, procurement, logistics, engineering, supply chain, production planning and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Proactively identify and elevate potential delays or issues affecting customer orders.
• Prepare and submit accurate open order reports and maintain proper order documentation.
• Communicate customer requirements effectively to internal departments.
• Support improvements in customer service processes and workflow efficiency.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
