Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Customer Service / Order Management professional to manage enquiries, coordinate orders, and support invoicing and reporting from Science Park 2, Singapore.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma/ Degree in Business or related field with 2+ years of experience in service coordination and ERP/SAP environments. This is a hands-on role with cross-functional collaboration across engineering, sales, warehouse, and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• Min 2 years of Customer Service / Order Management / Service Coordination experience.
• SAP experience, especially service module, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries on products, maintenance, rental, pricing and delivery.
• Process service / rental orders in ERP system.
• Coordinate quotations, scheduling, deliveries and invoicing.
• Liaise with Engineers, Sales, Warehouse, Logistics and suppliers.
• Monitor open orders, service contracts and rental schedules.
• Support monthly reports and general service administration.
