Own onboarding, technical health, risk, and expansion strategy with Account Executives.
Drive quarterly business reviews translating platform capabilities into ROI for executives.
Maintain trusted advisory relationship across customer lifecycle.
Leverage AI-enabled workflows to automate routine tasks and accelerate advisory.
Create technical resources and enablement materials for customers and internal teams.
