Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Enterprise Customer Engineer in Singapore to bridge technical strategy and business value for enterprise clients. You will guide pre-sales validation, onboarding, deployment architecture, and ongoing expansion, operating as a quota-carrying technologist with AI-supported workflows to reduce admin toil.

You will own technical health, risk, and customer onboarding, partnering with Account Executives to drive adoption and revenue growth across the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, or similar).
• Ability to white-board and design enterprise network/security architectures.
• Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical validation with account teams and define PoCs.
• Own onboarding, health, risk, and expansion strategy with customers.
• Drive quarterly business reviews translating platform capabilities to ROI.
• Act as trusted advisor throughout customer lifecycle with strategic guidance.
