Qualifications

• At least 12 years of relevant experience, with 4 years in a Contract Manager or similar role.
• Strong background in Quantity Surveying.
• In-depth knowledge of PSSCOC, SIA, and REDAS forms of contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the tender process including risk identification.
• Manage cost, change, and claims processes.
