Responsibilities include overseeing the entire contract lifecycle from drafting to execution, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks, and managing vendor relationships. Candidates should have a degree in Business or related fields, with at least 2-3 years of contract management experience. We are looking for a passionate professional to join our team in Contract Management within the Aerospace MRO sector. This role is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of procurement contracts—from drafting and negotiation to execution and ongoing management.
You’ll work closely with vendors, legal, and cross-functional internal teams to ensure contracts are compliant with corporate policies and legal frameworks, while also driving performance, minimizing risk, and delivering strategic value to the organization.

Draft, review, and finalize various types of contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with internal policies and legal requirements.
Negotiate contractual terms with suppliers and stakeholders to reach mutually beneficial outcomes.
Manage contract execution processes, including approvals, signatures, and timely implementation.
Ensure contracts are systematically stored, tracked, and renewed in both physical and digital repositories.
Ensure adherence to all policies related to Procurement, Tendering, Finance Authorization, and Group Legal and Contractual Guidelines.
Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks in consultation with legal, insurance, finance, and tax representatives.
Administer contract records in line with audit and governance standards, including archival of SOPs, job descriptions, and access matrices.
Maintain a master contract tracker with key dates (expiry, renewal, rebates).
Track and report on contract milestones, vendor performance KPIs, and compliance status.
Generate regular reports (e.g., PO spend, consignment inventory, SAP PIR, outline agreements) to support management oversight.
Support tender evaluations (quotation summary analysis) and ensure fair, compliant award processes.
Provide insight into market dynamics, cost structures, and supplier capabilities to shape contract strategies.
Drive initiatives to realize cost savings and cost avoidance in line with team targets.
Serve as a primary point of contact for contract-related queries and conflict resolution.
Foster strong working relationships with vendors, internal customers, and support functions.
Collaborate with Category Managers, Engineers, Finance, Legal, and other departments to align on contract goals and deliverables.
Maintain electronic systems (e.g., SAP, Sunburst Connect) with accurate contract data.
Continuously enhance contract management processes for efficiency and compliance.
Conduct internal training sessions on contract policies, processes, and system usage.
Manage training records and documentation for audit readiness.
Perform any other duties or assignments as required by the management from time to time.
Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 2-3years of relevant experience in contract or procurement management, preferably in Aerospace or regulated industries.
Strong understanding of contract law, risk analysis, negotiation, and commercial terms.
Familiarity with SAP and contract lifecycle tools is highly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
High level of integrity, organization, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple contracts, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.
