About the Role
The Senior Communications & Social Content Lead is responsible for shaping the digital voice, narrative presence, and visual storytelling of RSVP and BTB. This role develops content strategies, manages social media, produces compelling written and visual materials, and ensures both brands have a premium, consistent, and high-impact digital identity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Editorial Development
- Develop and manage content calendar for BTB (LinkedIn, website, newsletter).
- Collaborate with BTB Editorial Director to translate editorial themes into digital storytelling.
- Support RSVP with content for pitch decks, campaigns, brand books, and proposals.
- Create high-quality written content (articles, copy, scripts, captions, thought‑leadership).
2. Social Media Management (RSVP & BTB)
- Own strategic direction, posting, analytics, and growth for Instagram + LinkedIn.
- Develop a distinctive visual language aligned with each brand’s identity.
- Produce social content: reels, posts, carousels, behind‑the‑scenes content.
- Track metrics and optimize for engagement & reach.
3. Thought Leadership & Brand Positioning
- Ghostwrite posts, keynote summaries, or insights for Bettina when needed.
- Transform BTB events and RSVP client successes into digital storytelling.
- Maintain a cohesive brand voice across all touchpoints.
4. Creative Production & Campaign Execution
- Manage photo/video capture for events alongside RSVP Event team.
- Work with designers or freelancers for advanced graphics when required.
- Direct small social shoots, brand moments, and event coverage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years of experience in content, editorial, social media, or communications
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling ability, video
- Aesthetic finesse and brand sensitivity
- Understanding of luxury, leadership, innovation, lifestyle sectors
- Able to work across multiple projects and maintain high standards
- Organized, fast, and collaborative

Salary Range: SGD 6,000–7,000 per month (depending on experience) + insurance
