Key duties include patient registration and appointments, handling billing and enquiries, coordinating referrals, managing patient feedback, and assisting with daily clinic workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘O' Level or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn clinic systems.
• Customer-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and manage appointments with accurate data entry.
• Handle billing, payments and patient enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up arrangements for timely care.
• Manage patient feedback and support service recovery.
• Assist in daily clinic operations and workflow processes for smooth functioning.
