Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Experience in healthcare, customer service, or operations is advantageous.

• Ability to work half-day on Saturdays.

• Patient Registration & Appointments: Manage patient registration, schedule appointments, and data entry.
• Billing & Enquiries: Handle billing, payments, and patient enquiries promptly.
• Referrals & Coordination: Facilitate referrals and follow-up arrangements.
• Service Excellence: Manage patient feedback and uphold service standards.
• Clinic Operations Support: Assist in daily clinic operations and administrative tasks.
