Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, MICE, events or client servicing.
• Understanding of event operations and on-site execution.
• Experience with venue and vendor coordination.
• Basic knowledge of marketing and event promotion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM or event management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships from confirmation through post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate event requirements, updates and client communications.
• Address queries, changes and last-minute requests professionally.
• Ensure client expectations are clearly communicated to internal teams.
• Gather feedback and support future client engagement.
• Coordinate event planning, logistics and on-site execution.
• Prepare event briefs, run sheets and operational plans.
• Liaise with internal teams, venues and external vendors.
• Support setups, rehearsals, walkthroughs and event breakdowns.
• Manage on-site coordination and resolve issues as needed.
• Ensure events run smoothly and meet client and venue standards.
• Assist with event invitations, EDMs and social media content.
• Support event promotions and partner marketing activities.
• Maintain event photos, testimonials and promotional materials.
• Maintain accurate event and client records
• Update CRM systems and event documentation
• Track timelines, approvals and coordination tasks
• Assist with invoices, vendor documents and event reporting.
