Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and execute all aspects of events to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries as a secondary contact to support client relationship management
• Organise and facilitate pre and post event meetings to align stakeholders and ensure operational readiness
• Perform accurate data entry to maintain records, accounts and documentation
• Document project processes and outcomes to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team
• Take ownership of additional responsibilities assigned to support team objectives and organisational goals
