Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, client engagement activities, networking sessions, and business development initiatives.
• Organize internal company events, employee engagement programs, annual celebrations, and appreciation functions.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, vendor sourcing, contract negotiations, and event logistics for successful execution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop event concepts, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.
• Support client relationship management through planning and delivery of customer-focused events.
