Job summary

Income Insurance Limited is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to engage with business heads, gather and document requirements, and translate them into functional specifications and user stories. You will partner with IT and vendors to ensure proper configuration, drive process improvements, and support testing and UAT.

The role requires 5–8 years in business analysis or IT project delivery, strong stakeholder management, and familiarity with AI-assisted documentation tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Business Analysis or IT project delivery.
• Proven experience in system implementation projects, preferably in distribution or regulatory domains.
• Experience with requirement management tools and SDLC/Agile delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for documentation and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Business Heads to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate needs into functional specs, user stories, and data/process flows.
• Collaborate with IT and vendor teams to ensure correct configuration and delivery.
• Lead testing preparations, SIT/UAT support, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive process improvements and maintain comprehensive documentation.
