Job summary

Income Insurance Limited is seeking a Business Analyst to provide analysis support for cross-functional initiatives, including product launches, claims transformation, operational process improvements, workflow automation, and regulatory projects.

The role will work closely with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to gather and document requirements, perform impact assessments, support solution design, coordinate testing activities, and ensure successful implementation.

Qualifications

Degree in Information Technology or Business Information Systems.
2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, UAT, or insurance operations.
Experience in Life Insurance Claims operations or claims system enhancements is advantageous.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

Elicit requirements and analyze business processes to close gaps.
Support solution design and coordinate testing including UAT.
Prepare user guides and training to support adoption.
Liaise between business users and IT teams to ensure alignment throughout project delivery.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions.
