Job summary

Income-Insurance-Limited is seeking a Business Analyst Assistant Manager to own complex, high-impact initiatives within the health insurance domain, mentor analysts and ensure high-quality delivery, testing, and operational readiness.

You will provide domain leadership, guide stakeholders, lead end-to-end business analysis, drive process improvements, oversee UAT, and ensure transitions to business-as-usual with sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Business Analysis with proven delivery of complex and high-impact initiatives.
• Strong insurance domain knowledge, especially Health Insurance.
• Experience supporting testing and training in operational environments.
• Degree in Information Technology or Business Information System.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Business Analysis and User Acceptance Testing.

Responsibilities

• Domain Ownership: serve as SME within a specialised domain, lead impact assessments and recommendations.
• Leadership & Delivery: lead end-to-end analysis for complex initiatives, ensure high-quality outputs and alignment with outcomes.
• Operational Readiness & Testing: accountable for UAT and transition to business-as-usual.
• Governance & Continuous Improvement: establish standards, drive improvements, ensure governance and risk control.
