income insurance limited is seeking a Business Analyst Assistant Manager who blends deep domain expertise with team leadership. The role owns high-impact initiatives in a specialised insurance domain while shaping business analysis capability, mentoring analysts, and ensuring high-quality delivery, testing, and operational readiness.

You will lead end-to-end BA activities, guide stakeholders, oversee UAT, and drive governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in Business Analysis with delivery of complex and high-impact initiatives.
Strong Insurance domain knowledge, especially Health Insurance.
Experience supporting testing and training in operational environment.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in Business Analysis and UAT.

Responsibilities

Domain Ownership and Strategic Advisory: act as SME and guide stakeholders; assess impacts and options; influence decisions.
Business Analysis Leadership and Delivery: lead end-to-end BA for complex initiatives; ensure quality aligned with outcomes; oversee UAT.
Operational Readiness, Testing and Training: ensure readiness and smooth transition to BAU; ensure adoption.
Governance, Quality and Continuous Improvement: establish standards; drive improvements; ensure governance compliance.
