Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or Business Information Systems.
• 2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, UAT, or insurance operations.
• Experience in Life Insurance Claims operations or claims system enhancements is advantageous.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Self-managing with analytical and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements, analyze business processes and document requirements.
• Support solution design, coordinate testing and ensure successful implementation.
• Prepare user guides and training materials for adoption of new systems.
• Act as liaison between business users and IT teams; coordinate meetings and workshops.
• Share knowledge and promote best practices in business analysis across projects.
• Maintain domain knowledge of assigned insurance business areas and support delivery.
