Income Insurance Limited seeks a Business Analyst Assistant Manager who combines deep domain expertise with team leadership to own complex, high-impact initiatives within the health insurance domain, shaping analysis capability and ensuring high-quality delivery, testing, and operational readiness.

You will lead end-to-end business analysis for complex initiatives, elicit requirements, design processes, and validate solutions, while overseeing UAT to ensure alignment with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Business Analysis delivering complex, high-impact initiatives.
• Strong insurance domain knowledge, especially Health Insurance.
• Experience supporting testing and training in operational environments.
• Degree in Information Technology or Business Information System.
• Minimum 5 years in Business Analysis and User Acceptance Testing.

Responsibilities

• Own domain ownership and provide strategic advisory to stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end business analysis for complex initiatives, including requirements elicitation, design, and validation.
• Oversee user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet requirements and outcomes.
• Ensure operational readiness, including testing and transition to business-as-usual.
