Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance business domain expertise to analyze needs and drive tech solutions.
• Collaborate with business users, tech teams, and vendors across production support and projects.
• Scope requirements, analyze impacts, and deliver user stories and test plans.
• Review functional specs to ensure alignment with user needs.
