Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Certified Senior Fire Safety Manager is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in managing building operations and facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections of the building and M&E systems.
• Manage and oversee quality of work by team and vendors.
• Prepare management reports, contract reviews, and evaluations.
• Budget control and preparation of yearly Operations budget.
