Job summary

ARIS is seeking a Senior Solution Architect (PreSales) to join the Singapore team. You will drive presales activities across APAC, shaping BPM solutions and engaging with executives to articulate business impact.

You will lead and mentor teams, deliver PoCs/PoVs, and collaborate with product groups to align offerings with market needs, providing strategic value in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of presales experience with BPM or similar
• Ability to present to C-level stakeholders with value-driven messaging
• Hands-on ARIS or similar BPM tool experience and demos
• Fluent in English; Korean language proficiency required/advantageous

Responsibilities

• Act as BPM advocate and presales lead for APAC opportunities
• Lead cross-functional teams through the customer buying journey
• Engage with C-level to articulate BPM value and business impact
• Advise customers on BPM best practices and solution delivery
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and PoCs/PoVs
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with precision and depth
• Collaborate with product teams to reflect customer feedback
• Develop industry/use-case showcases to prove solution effectiveness
• Stay updated on BPM trends and competitive landscape
• Mentor junior team members on BPM solutions
• Contribute to sales strategies and GTM plans
• Participate in events, webinars, and conferences to promote BPM solutions
