We are currently seeking a Senior Solution Architect (PreSales) to join our team in Singapore. As a Solution Architect in our presales team, you will be responsible for supporting and managing strategic ARIS opportunities in the APAC region.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Acting as a passionate advocate for Business Process Management (BPM).
- Leading and supporting cross-functional teams throughout the customer buying journey.
- Engaging in C-level discussions to articulate the value and benefits of our solutions and BPM strategies.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance on BPM best practices and solution implementation.
- Delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations of our tool's capabilities.
- Addressing customer inquiries and responding to RFPs and RFIs with precision.
- Delivering high-quality Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Proof of Value (PoV) projects.
- Developing industry-specific or use case-specific showcases to highlight solution effectiveness.
- Collaborating with product and development teams to align customer feedback with product enhancements.
- Staying updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to position our BPM solution effectively.
- Mentoring and training junior team members on BPM best practices and solution delivery.
- Contributing to the development of sales strategies and go-to-market plans.
- Participating in industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote our BPM solutions and gather market insights.
- 10+ years of experience in presales.
- Proven ability to effectively present technology solutions to executive-level stakeholders, with a focus on value-driven selling and business impact.
- Hands‑on experience with ARIS or similar BPM tools, with the ability to demonstrate and configure these platforms.
- Strong technical acumen to address customer inquiries on topics such as product architecture, security, and integration.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand customer challenges and propose effective BPM solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
- Ability to stay current with the latest BPM trends, tools, and methodologies, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation in customer solutions.
- Fluent in Korean.
- Business Fluent in English.
Nice to Haves
- Experience as a BPM practitioner in roles such as presales or consulting.
- Experience with BPM disciplines such as Process Modeling, Process Mining, Simulation, Process Governance, Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, and related methodologies.
- You have experience with using or even implementing ARIS (absolute plus) or a similarly mature product.
- You have been part of key transformation, operational excellence, compliance or risk management projects as a consultant and subject matter expert or as a project manager or as both.
