Job summary

Cohere in Singapore is seeking a Senior Director of Solutions Architecture for Asia Pacific to own Solutions Architecture across the region and lead a growing team serving banks, telcos, industrials and governments with production‑grade AI deployments.

You will define vision, strategy and operating rhythm, partner with Sales, Product and Engineering, and ensure secure, scalable deployments across cloud, hybrid, and on‑prem environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and Lead the Asia Pacific Solutions Architecture team.
• Open doors across strategic accounts using industry credibility.
• Own the technical win for the region's top pursuits.
• Set direction for the function across three markets.
• Architect sovereign, regulated deployments across cloud, hybrid, and on‑prem.
• Build repeatable solution practices and playbooks.
• Partner with regional Sales leadership to align territory and pipeline.
• Shape product direction with Product and Engineering to reflect regional needs.
