Job summary

ARIS is a Process Intelligence company that helps organizations optimize their processes and scale AI with confidence. We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect (PreSales) to join our APAC presales team in Singapore.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, engage with C-level stakeholders, and deliver compelling demonstrations and PoCs to advance strategic opportunities. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in presales, hands-on ARIS or BPM tool experience, and strong technical and communication

Qualifications

• 10+ years in presales or solution architecture.
• Hands-on ARIS or BPM tool experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support APAC presales opportunities for ARIS BPM solutions.
• Engage with C-level stakeholders to articulate business value and BPM strategy.
• Deliver compelling demonstrations, PoCs/PoVs and technical proposals.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements.
• Mentor and train junior team members on BPM best practices.
