Job summary

MongoDB is seeking an experienced and driven leader to manage a highly motivated Pre-Sales Solutions Architecture team from our Singapore office, covering the ASEAN region. You will partner closely with the sales function to define and improve initiatives and drive customer success through expert pre-sales guidance.

As a leader, you will recruit, develop and coach top talent, align with Professional Services and Marketing, and expand opportunities with enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of pre-sales experience with strong commercial skills.
• 3+ years of management experience in pre-sales or distributed teams.
• Proven track record of overachievement (Circle of Excellence, Leader of the Year).
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, retain, and develop top pre-sales talent across multiple countries.
• Partner with sales teams to ensure success in mid-to-large accounts.
• Collaborate with Professional Services and Marketing on seminars and events.
• Foster relationships with customers to create growth opportunities.
• Coach the team to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual bookings objectives.
