Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience as a Bidder.
  • 5-8 years of experience as a Senior Bidder in pre-sales and proposal management.
  • Previous customer service experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the bid process by assessing RFPs and crafting proposals.
  • Evaluate project feasibility for client bids using specialized tools.
  • Maintain the company's CRM system with updated bid information.
  • Support the Client Services Team during project delivery.

Job description
    As a Senior Bidder at M3, a Japanese global leader in providing innovative technological solutions to the healthcare industry, you will collaborate closely with Sales Directors to achieve overall sales objectives and enhance client relationships. Your role is crucial in ensuring client satisfaction, managing accounts effectively, and contributing to sales strategies.Your main responsibilities will include facilitating the bid process by assessing RFPs, crafting proposals, and determining competitive pricing for clients. You will evaluate project feasibility for client bids using specialized tools and maintain the company's CRM system with updated bid information. Collaborating with Account Directors and Sales Directors, you will focus on expanding and strengthening client relationships to drive incremental revenue through successful sales closures and effective up-selling. During project delivery, you will support the Client Services Team with additional information and partner sourcing as needed. You will also participate in presentations and other sales-related activities as directed by the Sales Director and Account Directors.It is essential to adhere to ISO 20252:2019 and ISO 27001 standards as part of your job responsibilities. While this position does not involve supervisory responsibilities, the qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, along with 2-5 years of experience as a Bidder and 5-8 years as a Senior Bidder in pre-sales and proposal management within the Market Research industry. Strong communication skills in English, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and a customer-centric mindset are necessary for success in this role. Previous customer service experience would be beneficial.This position requires willingness to work during US EST hours.
