Siemens Mobility is seeking a Bid Manager to lead end-to-end bid management for Smart Infrastructure, Buildings in Singapore. You will coordinate high-quality proposals for building automation, fire safety, security and digital building solutions.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of bid management or tendering experience in building tech or construction.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, Procurement).
• Solid understanding of smart building solutions, building automation, energy management, fire safety and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end bid management and preparation of proposals for smart building solutions.
• Develop winning bid strategies by analysing requirements, specifications and risks.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal and Procurement.
• Manage technical and commercial proposal development including pricing and terms.
• Ensure proposals comply with policies, approvals and industry regulations.
• Analyse bid outcomes and improve processes, tools and templates.
