Job summary

Bureau Veritas Singapore is seeking an experienced Tender Manager to lead the preparation, management, and submission of strategic tenders for Building & Infrastructure projects across Singapore and selected regional markets.

This role drives the bid lifecycle, from evaluation and strategy development through proposal, risk assessment, client presentations, and contract negotiations, ensuring profitability and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8–10 years in tender/bid management within Building & Infrastructure sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore's public-sector procurement landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tender processes for public and private opportunities.
• Review RFPs/RFQs/ITTs and framework agreements; develop winning strategies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary bid teams to ensure timely, compliant submissions.
• Assess commercial terms, pricing models, and risk; support negotiations.
• Maintain bid records, performance metrics, and post-submission reviews.
